Tim Nies

I leave no stone unturned.... I am a trial attorney at Van Riper & Nies Attorneys. I am known by clients and fellow attorneys for my skills at mediation and in the courtroom.

I care about winning…. I am vehement about my work and my clients. I work hard for my clients because I care as much about winning as my clients do.

I am an Army Airborne Ranger Veteran. I served with the Army's elite 75th Airborne Ranger Regiment, until I was injured on a parachute mission. I offer a 20 percent discount on all hourly rates for fellow veterans and their spouses.

I practice in Personal Injury, Defense Base Act and Longshore Maritime Cases, Family Law and Commercial Litigation.…. I work out of our offices in Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Delray Beach, West Palm Beach & Stuart.
